Q. Can you store our luggage after check-out?

Yes, it is possible. It is free of charge until noon on check-out date, after noon until 11pm, we can store luggage with fee. (Price differ depend on luggage size ex: 300 ~ 1000 yen)

Q. After check-out, if I am coming back to this hostel again in few days, can you store our luggage?

A.
Yes we can. There will be some storage fee depending  on luggage size from 300 ~ 1000 yen / peice / day.
You can only receive luggage from front desk during front desk operating hour (9:00 ~ 23:00).

Q. Is there wifi working at hostel?

Yes, there is free wifi in our hostel.

Q. Can you store our luggage?

A. Yes,  we can store luggage before and after check-in / check-out. If you are sending us luggage, please use this address below.
Please mmake sure to write your full name that is used for reservation, with check-in / check-out date.

Q. Is there parking lot?

Unfortunately, we do not have any parking lot. Please use parking area around our hostel.

Q. Can I smoke inside hostel?

A.
Our hostel is non-smoking. Please find smoking area outside the building.

Q. What kind of payment is available?

A.
Cash, Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, DC, Diners, JCB), Wechat Pay, Alipay.

Q. Can I stay with my pet?

A.
I'm afraid that we cannot accomodate pet in this hostel.

Q. Is there pajama or Yukata available?

A.
We do not provide any nightwear.

Q. What is dormitory room?

A.
Dormitory room is shared room with other guest, there is bulk bed and each person have space for one person.
Our dormitory room is for either 12 or 20 persons, each bed has curtain to provide minimal privacy for each person.

Q. Can I share one bed with other person.

A.
Each person need to book bed for one person. Each bulk bed have space for 2, upper bed and lower bed.

Q. Is there private room ?

A.
Yes. We have private room for 2, 3, 4 people. We will provide room key upon your check-in.
Shower room and toliet is only shared one. There is no bathroom in private room.

Q. Is there only shared shower room and toliet?

A.
Yes, guests who's staying in dormitory and private rooms are sharing shower room and toilet. There are 2 shower rooms and toilets on each floor.

Q. What is available amenities?

A.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial soap, cleansing oil are available in shower room.
Bath towel (1 per day), hair dryer, hair iron (straight, curl) is availble for rental for free. Please ask at the front desk.

Q. Can person under 6 years old stay at this hostel?

A.
Children under 6 years old can share one bed with parent. (free of charge)
Please book one bed if children is older than 6 years old.

Q. Can under age stay at this hostel?

A.
16 years old or above can stay at this hostel. From 5 years old to 12 years old, there need to stay with their guardian.

Q. Can I send luggage or mail to the hostel prior to check-in?

A.
Yes you can. Please let us know the details of package you are sending with your reservation name and check-in date. Shipping cost need to be paid by sender, otherwise we cannot receive any delivery.

Q. Is there breakfast service?

A.
No, unfortunately we do not provide breakfast at the hostel. We can reccommend some restaurants nearby, so please ask at the front desk.

Q. Is there coin-locker?

A.
Yes, there is. There is a locker right in front of the front desk, and each room has small locker for valuable items. Each bed in dormitory room has small locker as well. We do not have locker that is big enough for suitcase, so guest can leave suitcase at the front desk.
*Please be noted that after front desk operating hour, guest cannot get suitcase.

Q. Can I put my luggage near the bed?

There are some free space near dormitory room to pack/unpack luggage, or there is small space besides bed.

Q. Can I cook here?

A.
Yes you can. There is 24 hours shared kitchen on 3F. Please enjoy cooking. We have cooking utensils, so please prepare ingredients and seasoning by yourself. Please clean kitchen after cooking. Thank you for keeping our kitchen clean.

Q. Is there elevator?

Yes there is. Guest can use elevator to each floor.

Q. Can I use lounge area before check-in or after check-out?

A.
Yes, feel free to use lounge space. After check-out, lounge space can be very crowded, so please refrain from staying in lounge space after 3pm. Thank you for understanding.

Q. Can I choose bed if I arrive early?

A.
Our staff is arranging bed for all the guests. It might depends on availability, but if you have any preference, please let us know. After check-in, we cannot change your bed location anymore.

Q. Can I make payment in advance?

A.
Depending on the website you make reservation, it is possible. If you have any problem with booking, please send us email.

Q. Can I stay at your hostel even if I don't have any credit card?

A.
Depending on website you make reservation, credit card might be required. Please call us in case you don't have credit card.

Q. How is cancel policy?

A.
Cancellation fee is free if you cancel 11pm on 2 day prior to your check-in date.Cancellation policy can be different based on the website you made reservation, so please check in each website or contact us.
